Ground Works Operatives
Location:
Edinburgh, Scotland
We offer permanent work for experienced ground workers in a gardening and construction company.
Work in teams of 2
Location: Edinburgh and area
Duties:
Ground preparation: Substrate preparation, concrete mixing, drainage, inlets, asphalting, laying curbs
Moving equipment and materials as required and keeping the area clean and tidy
Additional tasks such as turfing, sowing and planting
Ability to read land drawings and follow directions as instructed
Completion of formalities when collecting materials
Proper operation and care of the company's equipment, tools and vehicles
Adherence to health and safety recommendations and guidelines
Full-time work: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Driving license and driving skills required: company car and tools are provided by the employer.
Salary depending on experience £ 10 - £ 12 per hour.
Weekly remuneration.
Hourly £1 bonus paid depending on the standard of work.
