Kasia Kidd

is a passionate entrepreneur and founder shareholder of Pol-UK Recruitment Ltd.

In 1996 Kasia moved to Scotland, where she worked closely with the Police and the Scottish Court Service in Scotland as a legal interpreter. 

During this period, Kasia saw an opportunity to establish a recruitment service assisting Eastern European immigrants. Pol-UK Recruitment was formed in November 2005 and instantly became a hit with Scottish employers.  Kasia’s pro-active attitude, friendly manner and confidence continue to drive the business forward. 








Ewa Walker

attended Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. She initially pursued a career in teaching languages and musical performance before starting in the recruitment industry.  She has lived in Edinburgh with her husband Jim and their family since 1998.
